The Bruner Loeb Forum is pleased to have the opportunity to have an in-depth look at Project Row Houses,
a 1997 Rudy Bruner Award winner. Under the continued leadership of Rick Lowe (Loeb Fellow '03), Project
Row Houses has grown beyond its original mandate of 8 gallery houses, and has expanded into after-school
programming; young mothers mentor programs; cultural venues; and affordable housing. Under the auspices
of Project Row Houses Foundation the organization is exploring community development and revitalization.
Through the screening of "Third Ward TX" the Forum invites an in-depth conversation about the issues
confronting innovative projects as they grow and mature. Discussion will focus on organization; the development
environment; and design.
