What is Inner-City Arts?

• A non-profi t arts education center in downtown Los Angeles, that serves over 8,000 children annually from the city’s neediest communities;

• A full program of 7-14 week arts education classes in ceramics, visual arts, dance, music, drama, creative writing and animation, offered to public school children;

• A series of adjunct arts programs offered to the community, including after-school programs, family days, teacher training, summer arts and visiting artist performance series;

• An organization whose mission is to enrich the lives of inner-city children through a total arts program.
