• A comprehensive plan to revitalize the Chattanooga waterfront with a variety of public spaces and venues;
• A freestanding saltwater habitat exhibit, to be added to the Tennessee Aquarium;
• Expansion of the Hunter Museum of American Art to re-connect it to the downtown across a pedestrian bridge connecting to a new public plaza;

• Renovation and expansion of the Creative Discovery Museum, a nationally recognized children’s interactive museum;
• A new waterfront park at Ross’s Landing, including expanded boat docking facilities, expansion of the river walk, creation of new public space along the river, and a wetland park focused on wetlands and stream reclamation.
